Today’s Intention, I Am’s, Heading Home & Appreciations

Today’s Intention: smile at my thoughts.

Dear Diary and Friends,

I encourage you to read my I am’s outloud to yourself and feel each of them as your own.

I am peace.

I am health.

I am creative.

I am prosperous.

I am gratitude.

I am kindness.

I am love.

I woke up at 4am this morning. I packed up my truck and spent time with my sister. Then I drove to the church I used to attend. We were an hour early so we went on a walk. The church service was great and it was a lot of fun seeing everyone. After church my friend Pam took us to lunch and I had an amazing salad with fruit and greens. Angel was tired and fussy so it was a short lunch.

I heading to Salt Lake City. On the way I stopped to see my brother, sister in law and nephews. I also stopped at a house I have rented out in Shoshone idaho. I had a great talk with the tenant, they have been there a long time and the place looks good. It was a nice side trip because the roads were more scenic than the interstate, with a slower speed limit. I listened to Wayne Dyer on the drive and it was great stuff. The air was really smoky to whole drive. It was kind of mysterious like being in a fog. I was having fun finding ways to enjoy the smoky air. think once I cross to the other side of the Rocky Mountains tomorrow it won’t be smoky anymore. Trace said there is not smoke where he is at.

I finally made it to my sons house in Slc around 9pm. I talked to him and his girlfriend for a bit. Then I went to bed and wrote my blog.

It was a great day and I am grateful.

I appreciate smoky air.

I appreciate my truck.

I appreciate my Aunt Bobby and Uncle Bill.

I appreciate my sister and brother.

I appreciate my mom and my aunt Daisy.

I appreciate my friends.

I appreciate breath.

I appreciate lettuce.

Thank you for being a part of our lives.

I appreciate you!

Thankfully yours,
