Today’s Intention: The time is now. What else is there?
It has been a long day, so this is going to be a short blog.
I drove from Denver to Salt Lake City. I left at 8am, I ate 3 peaches before I left. The 8 hour drive went perfectly and the truck ran great. Angel did amazingly well again. She’s a great traveler. On the drive I ate 4 apples and a handful of peanuts. We arrived at my son Shawn’s house around 4pm. I talked with Shawn and his girlfriend Brie for a while and ate some watermelon. Angel happily played with Brie’s 5 year old daughter. My son Scott and his girlfriend Delany arrived. We went to Whole Foods and I got veggies rolls that I ate when we got back.
We all sat around the table talking for a few hours. Then some friends of mine arrived. We all talked for about an hour or so and I got to hold a little 2 month old baby. Yay!!
It was a fabulous day and I am grateful.
I appreciate reliable vehicles.
I appreciate veggie rolls.
I appreciate my children.
I appreciate breath.
I appreciate recycling.
I appreciate faith.
I appreciate grocery stores.
Thank you for being a part of our lives.
I appreciate you!
