See The Truth In People

That which we consider sickness is not sickness. It is exactly as it has to be because of the laws of nature. Do not see the sickness in a person, instead see the Holy Spirit in them. It is the same Holy Spirit that we all have. Our truth. See what is right with them. Speak to their truth. Listen to their truth. That is loving. Don’t try to fix them in anyway because it causes you to see what you think is wrong with them It causes you so see that which you think needs fixing. When you see their truth and they are aware that you see their truth. That gives them awareness that their truth is real and they will align with it in a new way and their consciousness will make a shift.

Thank you for light.

Thank you for meditation.

Thank you for A Course in Miracles.

*What can I give you today?* Your fears

I gave you my fears and I have become light once again. Thank you for the contrast. Thank you for the darkness.

I appreciate all of you

With gratitude,

The Miracle of Living Honestly

Dear Diary and Friends,

As treasurer of the church I attend, I like to keep the church well stocked on necessary items. A couple of weeks ago I bought a package of really nice pens for the church, with permission, using the church money. As I was putting them away I thought to myself how nice it would be to have one of those pens. I instantly felt the weight of darkness upon me. Mentally I had put myself in a place of feeling lack and fear, feeling like I couldn’t afford to buy a nice pen for myself and thinking I could just take one little pen from the church and no one would care.

Hold up cowgirl! I immediately stopped my mind and put the brakes that whole ridiculous thought process. Seriously was I so poor that I couldn’t buy myself a nice pen and needed to steal one from God? I laughed to myself, “of course I had more than enough to buy a nice pen and NO I did not need to steal one now or ever”. The weight left me and I was light once again. Ahhh, that’s better.

I asked Pastor Pam if I could borrow one of the nice new church pens until I made it to the store to buy one for myself. Pam said, “of course!” So I borrowed the pen and was very conscious about returning it. A few days later I was on a walk with Angel. I happened to randomly look down and there on the road next to my foot was a beautiful black pen. A very fancy one with a light at one end. I picked it up and it was in perfect condition. I laughed with joy and yelled thank you, thank you, thank you! I love it! What a wonderful gift. I wasn’t expecting that! Wow, wow, wow!!

Thank you for light.

Thank you for a fantastic pen.

Thank you for guidance.

Thank you for blades of grass.

Thank you for security.

Thank you for faith.

Thank you for drops of dew.

Thank you for crisp morning air.

I appreciate y’all being a part of my life.

Thank you!

with gratitude,

What I Angel and I Ate, Adventures with Favor

I welcome today!

Thank you for a warm delicious breeze. Thank you for dates. Thank you for new experiences. Thank you for friends. Thank you for my body. Thank you for breath. Thank you for birds to wake me every morning.

*What can I give you today? Fascination

I will delightfully be fascinated in all things today.

I glow like the sun, welcoming and warm.

I am a bubbling brook singing songs of joy, going where I am meant to go and resisting nothing.

Breakfast: Angel: 1 young coconut meat. 32 oz. banana, strawberry, spinach smoothie. Myself: 1 young coconut water, 32oz. lemon water, 32oz. banana strawberry spinach smoothie.

Lunch: each of us had 32oz. banana strawberry spinach smoothie.

Snack: each of us had a bunch of dates.

Dinner: Angel: plain uncooked oatmeal with water. Myself: 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/4 pineapple.

Snack: myself: bunch of dates.

Yesterday I woke at 6:30am. I got up, made my bed, put coconut/lavender oil on and got dressed. I got Angel dressed and put clothes I had washed last night in the dryer. I cut open a coconut drank the water and gave the meat to Angel. I made 2 64oz. banana strawberry smoothies and put them in the fridge. I made Savana her lunch and took her to school. When I arrived back home I drank 32oz. of lemon water while I wrote gratitudes in my journal. Angel had some smoothie and played with her toys. I drank some smoothie while I vacuumed the house, folded laundry and put it away.

At 10am I drove to my friends house and gave her a professional massage. Angel watched finding Dory and ate some dates. After the massage I drove to Austin to meet a friend who was watching Angel for me while I went to an orientation to drive for Favor. I listened to Jim Rohn on the hour drive. Angel slept. When I arrived downtown it took a bit to find parking and I started to stress about time. I immediately felt the resistance and assured myself that everything would work out perfectly. I found metered parking near the museum I was meeting my friend at. When I went to put change in the meter I realized I didn’t have enough change. A lady was walking by and I asked her if she had any change for $1.00. She was very friendly and gave me the change she had which was just short of $1.00 and she refused to take my $1.00. I graciously thanked her. The coins gave me just enough time to do what I wanted to do. I woke Angel up and put her in the stroller. We met my friend at the museum and talked briefly then I left Angel with her and walked a few blocks to the orientation.

The orientation was informative and fun. I was excited to start running favors. When it was over, I messaged my friend and walked back to the museum. She wasn’t outside with Angel, so I waited a bit. I saw she hadn’t gotten my message and I realized she probably couldn’t get service inside the museum. I knew my meter had run out for my parking and I started to stress that but told myself it would all be ok. I asked the lady at the front desk if I could go in without paying to find my friend with my daughter so I could go to work. She let me! I found them right away. I thanked my friend and gave her some of my raw homemade cinnamon rolls. We said our goodbyes and I headed to the car. The meter had run out but there was no ticket. Yay! I loaded Angel up and drove to work for George and Peggy in Round Rock. I drank smoothies on the drive and I arrived 15 minutes early 😊.

Work was great. I ran errands while Angel played with George and Peggy. After work I decided to try out Favor now that I had completed the orientation. I worked from 6pm to 9:30pm and did 8 deliveries. It was a lot of fun. It was warm out and I enjoyed driving around with the windows down. I kept taking long deep breaths of the amazing air, it felt so good and I was grateful. Angel slept through most of my favor runs. I wanted to keep going but it was late for me and I still had an hour drive home. On the drive home I listened to fun music and snacked on dates. I appreciated being out of traffic and back in my familiar territory.

When I arrived home. I talked with my Airbnb guest who had arrived early that day, my daughter Savana had greeted him and got him settled in. He is a biologist working in the area for a few days. I got to bed around 11pm. I thought I would go right to sleep but I still had excitement flowing through me from the new job. I enjoyed the excited feeling and basked in it until I fell asleep.

Thank you for reading my blog and being a part of my life.

Day 1 and 2 in Mexico…traveling and more traveling

It has been a few weeks since I posted last. That’s a big change since I posted almost daily for years. Times are changing baby!

I decided a couple weeks ago that there has been a whole lot of winter in Texas this season and that I needed to go Mexico. So I booked a flight and rented an Airbnb house and here I am. It has been a challenging couple of days of travel. Traveling with an almost 3 year old isn’t very relaxing. It has been great practice in reminding myself to enjoy the moment no matter what and reminding myself that everything happens for me. I am grateful to get in some good quality practice time.

Yesterday I spent the morning organizing, cleaning and packing. Angel helped mess up the house while I was cleaning it, I got in some good practice time with patience and remembering what was truly important. A curious and creative child is way more valuable than a clean house. That’s a tough one for my obsessively clean house self.

Then I drove to Houston. I hit a few rain storms on the way that slowed me way down. Angel slept most of the drive which was refreshing. I drank a 64oz. banana, lettuce and cacao smoothie on the drive. I arrived at my friend Bibi’s and had some tea briefly before needing to get an Uber to go to the airport. It was awesome briefly seeing Bibi. She is a ray of sunlight.

At the airport I quickly realized that having a car seat, stroller, backpack, a small rolling suitcase and a toddler was a little much for one person to handle. Regardless I did it. I had tried before hand to figure out how to not bring along the car seat since we would be going by bus in Mexico but I had to have her in the car seat in the Uber car and I couldn’t see a way around not bringing it. Thankfully I got the car seat checked in right away and it was one less thing to haul around. Everything went smoothly through security and getting on the plane. The 3 hour flight went fast. Angel did really well and I managed to eat 4 huge apples that I had brought along because customs would toss them if I tried to bring them through.

When we arrived at the Cancun airport. We went through customs and were headed outside when I remembered that I had the car seat and I forgot to get it from the luggage carousel. I told a security guard my situation and they had someone fetch it for me. Which was very kind of them. Then I managed to get Angel and all our luggage with the car seat to the bus stop. After a short 20 minutes wait the bus arrived. Since I only bought one ticket, Angel was on my lap and the car seat got stored underneath. I caught myself mentally grumbling about the useless car seat that I had to lug around. I quickly reminded myself that the car seat was with us for a reason and to have faith.

When we arrived in Cancun around 8pm. I knew exactly where I was going. Eight years ago I had visited there with my friend John Weber and we stayed at a hotel down from the bus station. I hauled Angel…the stroller, the car seat and the suitcase down the broken sidewalk to the hotel. When I arrived I was exhausted from the day of traveling. I asked for a room and asked if they took credit cards. The clerk said pesos only, I had some pesos that I kept from my trip to San Miguel last year and my roommate Nick had given me $20 worth of pesos. It wasn’t enough though. The clerk had left to carry bags for some ladies. So I stood there and looked up hotels on line. My phone was low on battery and the internet wasn’t working very well. So I decided I was going to figure out a way to stay at this hotel. The clerk came back and I asked if I could pay in US dollars. He said they didn’t take dollars. I said that I didn’t know where else to go. He stood there and thought for a minute. Then he said he would take dollars. He figured out the exchange and I gratefully paid him and gave him a tip. He took us up stairs to our room. It smelled like mildew, was hot and musty, had water on the floor by the bathroom and didn’t have a window. He turned on the a/c and left. I thought about asking for a different room but decided that this room was good enough.

I dropped off the luggage and went in search of food with a much lighter load of Angel in the stroller. Around the corner there was a restaurant. I really wanted a salad. They had a napali salad that I ordered, fresh squeezed OJ and guacamole. The salad was slimmer than I expected but I covered it in salsa and it was good enough. The guacamole and fresh OJ were amazing. I was really happy to be able to order fresh OJ at a restaurant.

After dinner we went back to the hotel. The room was cold and the mildew smell was gone. I went to turn the a/c down and there was only one setting. I decided to do cold over hot and musty. Angel and I took a shower and there was an abundance of hot hot water. Yay!! Then we went to bed and fell asleep right away. I woke up in the night freezing cold. The beds only had 2 top sheets instead of a sheet and a bedspread. I took the top sheet off the other bed and put it on our bed, then I went back to sleep. I woke up later still cold. I turned off the a/c and slept wonderfully the rest of the night. I even slept in late because the room didn’t have a window. I was very grateful for the extra sleep.

We woke up at 8:30am. I packed up and we headed to the bus station. On the way I stopped a guy selling fresh OJ from a bicycle taxi and got a huge cup of oj. I drank it all right there and shared some with Angel. Then I went to a money exchange booth and exchanged plenty of money so I could have lots of pesos if I needed them. We went to the bus station and only had to wait 15 minutes for the next bus to Merida.

The 4 hour bus ride to Merida was long. Angel was a very busy and restless 2 year old. I got in a lot of practice time on enjoying the moment, when I just wanted to be off of that bus. Finally we arrived in Merida. I was hungry! Angel had eaten pumpkin seeds on the ride but I hadn’t had anything besides the morning OJ. I went in search of food before getting an Uber to our Airbnb. I walked and walked…hauling Angel, the stroller, the car seat, the backpack and the suitcase. The sidewalks were broken up and blocked with no curb cuts. I couldn’t find any fruit or decent restaurants that had salads.  All I could find was Mexican fast food. Finally I decided I would go to the Airbnb, charge my phone and then eat.

I got an Uber with the last of my phone battery. We are staying outside of Merida in a small town, so the Uber ride took a while. We arrived and got out. The place didn’t look right. It didn’t match the Airbnb pictures. The driver wanted to leave but I asked him to wait. I called the Airbnb host and she said she was outside and did not see us. I had her talk to the Uber driver and he reluctantly put everything back in the car and took us to the right place. I graciously thanked him for getting us to the correct address. Our Airbnb hosts were great. It is a mother and daughter. The place is awesome with a smal pool. Angel immediately wanted to get in the pool. So I let her swim while I charged my phone. I was going to swim with her but the water was way to cold. So I sat next to the pool and watched her while I enjoyed the beautiful weather. It was perfect out with a warm breeze. Absolutely heavenly!

When my phone was charged, I got Angel ready to go and I let our hosts know we were going to find fruit. They said it was a far walk of about 20 minutes and could drive us there when they go to get her sister in a few minutes. I didn’t think 20 minutes is a very far walk but graciously accepted the ride. At the market I got chocolate sapote, mamey sapote, mangos, bananas, tomatoes and fresh squeezed OJ. Most of it was not quite ripe yet. I drank half the OJ right away and went in search of a restaurant with a good salad. I was so hungry! It was difficult with the stroller on the sidewalks and I was missing having Angel in the backpack like I did last year. I couldn’t find a good restaurant so I picked an Italian one I thought would do. I ordered a salad and plain noodles. The salad was not much and the noodles gave me a slight tummy ache. I knew it would pass quickly. I waved down a motorcycle taxi and went back to the Airbnb. Angel loved the motorcycle taxi. She squealed in delight most of the ride.

We got to our place. I unpacked our clothes and the groceries. Angel played with her cars while I wrote my blog. Now we are going to sleep.

I appreciate motorcycle taxis.

I appreciate amazing weather.

I appreciate long bus rides.

I appreciate practicing acceptance.

I appreciate swimming pools.

I appreciate arriving at our destination safely.

I appreciate fresh squeezed OJ.

I appreciate money.

Thank you for being a part of my life.

I appreciate you!

Madly In Love With Life; What Angel and I Ate & Appreciations

Dear Diary & Friends,

You know those days where you feel madly in love with everyone and everything? I’ve been having a lot of those lately. Day after day is blissful. I know this sounds kind of made up and unbelievable but it’s not. I’m not trying to pretend to be filled with joy, I truly am filled with joy. I’ve fallen in love with all of life, even the “bad” or hard things in life. All of it is supposed to be and I am grateful for all of it.

Yesterday I woke up at 5am. I had the day off of work and I was feeling inspired to finish remodeling the bathroom. The day before I had found a big mirror and a light fixture at a couple of thrift stores and I had invisioned exactly how I wanted it to look in the bathroom. I was excited to get started and make the magic happen. I also had other projects I wanted to work on as well.

I started the morning fixing the storm door on the tiny house. It was coming loose on the top and needed new screws. Then I got started spray painting the frame for the bathroom mirror. I wanted it to have a lot of time to dry in the sunlight, so I could install it that day. When I finished that I got the juicer and juiced a watermelon. I put the juice pulp in the dehydrator. Then I started a load of laundry and installed a blind on my daughter Savana’s bedroom window. Next I took off the old light fixture in the bathroom and installed the new one with the help of Charlie my roommate. Angel played with her toys around the house while I was working on all this.

I touched up the paint where the new light fixture didn’t match correctly. I switched laundry and checked on the drying mirror frame. It was mostly dry. So I took out the old medicine cabinet out of the wall and put up the new mirror over the hole in the wall. The new mirror looked great! I touched up the paint again where the mirror didn’t cover. Then I put up the rest of the shelving and pictures. I cleaned the bathroom and it was finished, just in time to get Savana from school. I was so proud of my work. The bathroom looks so good!

After getting Savana from school I made dinner for my Airbnb guest and also made a zucchini noodle vegan lasagna to take to a friend the next day. Then I sat and talked with Savana a while and Angel played with her sister. I made Savana supper and took a shower with Angel. We went to bed and read stories for a while. Then Angel nursed to sleep and I listened to “Conversations With God” on YouTube until I fell asleep.

I slept really deep and had vibrant happy dreams. I woke up at 8am. It was so nice to have gotten to sleep in. I made a smoothie and packed up the car. I got Angel ready and headed to Austin with my roommate Charlie. I took the scenic route to Austin on the county roads and it was a lot of fun. Texas is beautiful country. When we arrived at Austin, I dropped off the vegan lasagna at my friends (his wife had died last week). He wasn’t there but I left the lasagna on his doorstep. Then we went to a fruitluck at Whole Foods.

The fruitluck was really nice. It was a small group and I enjoyed seeing everyone. It had been a while since we had a fruitluck. After everyone left I did some shopping at Whole Foods, then sat outside in the sun talking to Charlie while Angel played at a little playground. We hung out until it was time for me to go to work.

Work was mostly running errands for George, except walking Baby the dog around the block. When Lee walking Baby it was cold out and I didn’t have my jacket. So I walked briskly but I still got cold. I felt my body tending up against the cold but then I suddenly really wanted to enjoy the cold. I purposefully relaxed my body and breathed a big cold air breath. It felt so amazing! For the rest of the walk I relaxed into the cold and allowed it to be without resisting it in anyway. I loved it! The cold didn’t feel like a bad thing anymore. Instead it felt like a very beautiful thing and I was grateful for everything that was happening in that moment. The cold, the walk, the sun, the dog, the sky…I was madly in love with it all. I passed a young man taking pictures of his car, he looked up at me. I was in love with him and I smiled at him. He smiled back really big and said with gusto, “it’s a beautiful evening!” I laughed and said, “yes!” I next passed 2 men standing next to a car they were giving a jump start. I was madly in love with them. The looked up and both smiled big and wished me a good evening. I smiled back and returned their greeting.

When the walk was over I let Baby back in the house and then ran one last errand for George before heading home. The drive home was fun. I listened to fun music and Angel fell asleep. When I arrived home, I put Angel to bed, unloaded the car with Charlie’s help, got my Airbnb guest settled, washed the dishes while talking with Savana, went to bed and wrote my blog.

Breakfast: (Angel) handful of pecans, 8oz. banana, raspberry, lettuce, pear and cacao smoothie. (Me) 16oz. smoothie.

Lunch: (Angel) 8oz. watermelon juice, 8oz. smoothie, pecans and pumpkin seeds. (Me) a few blackberries, 8oz. watermelon juice, 16oz. smoothie.

Dinner: (Angel) 8oz. smoothie, pecans. (Me) steamed broccoli with garlic, 16oz. coconut bliss coconut ice cream.

I appreciate life.

I appreciate my amazing body.

Thank you for being a part of my life.

I appreciate you!

Getting Sick; What Angel & I Ate; Manifestations and Appreciations

Dear Diary & Friends,

Friday morning I woke up feeling a little bit achy and feverish. I was hosting first Friday coffee with my church at the library and I really really wanted to be there. So I got up and made my Airbnb guest vegan zucchini noodle dinner to warm up after work. Then I made Savana a smoothie for breakfast, packed her lunch and took her to school. After that I drove to the church, grabbed the things I needed and went to the library. With the help of other church members we got everything set up right on time.

I enjoyed talking with everyone who came in for first Friday coffee. It is an event that is at the library every first Friday for people in town to socialize. I love it and try to make it every month. This month I signed up to host it and asked the church if they wanted to join in and they did. I felt worse and worse physically as the morning went on but I enjoyed myself regardless. I didn’t feel much like eating and only had a few strawberries and pieces of pineapple.

I was glad when the event ended. I packed up and drove home. I could feel that I had a good fever going and was achy all over. I called Peggy and George and told them I wasn’t feeling well. Peggy told me to stay home that day and Saturday and to consider them paid sick days. I am so grateful to work for such wonderful people!

I took my temperature and it was almost at 101 degrees F. I had just laid down on the couch and Savana messaged me and asked me to get her from school because she wasn’t feeling well either. I figured getting her now would be easier than getting her after school anyway. So I loaded Angel back in the car and we got Savana. When we got back home o went back to lying on the couch and let Angel watch educational stuff on YouTube.

Having a fever is blissful. I dozed in and out of sleep while listening to audiobooks about successful people and living in the moment. My dreams were colorful and full of laughter. My body aches all over but instead of thinking that it should be different or that I shouldn’t be hurting, I accepted it fully and released all resistance to it. I was amazed at how good it felt when I simply let it be. I was grateful for being sick and achy. It was such a beautiful experience and great practice for living in acceptance.

I drank a small amount fresh OJ all day, had some herbal tea that Savana made me and ate 4 mandarin oranges in the evening. That night I had amazing colorful fever sleep. It was the best!! The next morning when I woke up my fever had broke. I was a little bit disappointed..lol. Back to normal life…hahaha. After getting up and around. I drove to Round Rock on the back roads. Angel and I had great fun. We stopped and warched some deer prancing around. Angel was so excited and kept calling them reindeer. Then we stopped and talked to a herd of cows that were all up against a fence next to the road. They were mooing at us and we mooed back. Angel was delighted, saying they had cute ears. They do have really cute ears!

We finally got to Round Rock and went grocery shopping. I let Angel push her own cart and she loved that. I was feeling slightly exhausted by the time grocery shopping was over and thinking that maybe I should have rested another day. Next we drove to Restore to look for a bathroom sink and mirror. They didn’t have any that fit and we didn’t stay long because I didn’t want to overdo it. Lastly we went to Lowes and I got a faux finish sponge to finish up the bathroom walls that my roommate Charlie had painted.

I was feeling really tired on the drive home but I put in a good audiobook and was home before I knew it. When I arrived home, I put away groceries, cleaned the house to get ready for more Airbnb guests, made my other Airbnb guest vegetable soup and salad for dinner, then I rested. It was a nice day so I laid out back and looked at the clouds with Angel. She found all kinds of things in the clouds, houses, horses, flowers. It started to get a little bit chilly so I built a fire in the fire pit and we had fun sitting around the fire the rest of the evening until it was time for supper and then bed. Angel had one and a half avocados for supper and I had some broccoli and cauliflower warmed but not cooked.

The next day was Sunday. We woke up bright and early. I had Airbnb guests on the daybed in the front room so we quickly grabbed some fruit and walked to church with the wagon. On the way we fed Rein the horse some apples I had that were going bad. Rein was thrilled to get more than her usual one apple. Since I arrived at church so early I decided to do some extra cleaning. I thoroughly oiled all the pews and furniture in the sanctuary with orange oil. It looked so nice when I was finished, the place glowed with love. I finished doing my regular cleaning right before Pastor Pam and other church members started to arrive.

Church service was wonderful. I love that church! Angel does so good during service and today was her best day yet. After service we had a church potluck. I had fresh OJ, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple and mini bananas. It was very satisfying and I was back to feeling 100%. The conversations were lots of fun and we watched a comedy show called “The Vicar Of Dibley”. I thought it was really funny. I enjoy British humor.

The walk home from church was blissful. There was a warm gusty wind that felt vibrant and lots of people waved at us as they drove by. It seems a lot of people’s spirits are up after having a long cold front, a really cold one for Texas. I know my spirits are up and I am grateful for contrast and I’m grateful the cold fronts in Texas don’t last for months.

We arrived home I sent Savana and Tyler off to fetch a used washing machine that I bought from on line. My washer keeps leaking water when it gets off center and it gets off center all the time. So I got a front loader and I’ll see if that goes better. Then I made supper for my Airbnb guest and put it in the fridge to warm up later. After that I used my faux finish sponge and finished painting the bathroom. It turned out looking awesome! Yes!!

It was so nice out, Angel and I walked to the park. On the way I did a handstand in a grassy field. I somehow missed and fell over flat on my back and knocked the wind out of myself. After getting my wind back, I did another handstand and this time did my usual graceful roll out of it when I started to fall backwards. I was glad I hadn’t lost my touch after all.

We played at the park for an hour or so. On the walk home Angel found some piles of dirt to play in, then we found dandelions to blow. We arrived home just as Tyler and Savana drove up with the new washer. With the help of my roommate Nick, Tyler and Savana we got the old washer out and the new washer in. I ran a load in the new washer and it worked great! Angel and I ate our supper of blueberry banana nice cream while I talked with my roommate Nick. He is so fun to talk with, he is moving out at the end of the month and I will miss our chats.

After supper I took a shower with Angel and we went to bed. She nursed to sleep right away and I wrote this very long blog.

Breakfast: (Angel) 1 mango, pumpkin seeds, 8oz. fresh OJ, half an apple. (Me) 24oz. fresh OJ

Humoring Myself; What Angel & I Ate; Manifestations and Appreciations

Dear Diary & Friends,

Once in a while I do things in public to humor myself. Mostly it comes over me in the produce section at the grocery store. One of my favorite things to do is…frantically start grabbing bunches of bananas and putting them in my cart. People will start to panic and think I am taking all the bananas….they will hurry over and snag a few bunches themself before I take them all. It’s great fun and people buy more bananas. Lol

Another thing I like to do is stand next to a certain section of produce such as pears. I will talk to Angel in a louder than normal voice about how amazing the pears are right now. I mention how they are perfectly ripe and juicy they are. I grab a few pears and wander off. Then I watch the show out of the corner of my eye. People will head straight to the pears and get some. Yes!!! I’m a secret fruit pusher. Hahaha.

Breakfast: (Angel) 16oz. banana strawberry cacao smoothie. (Me) 48oz. banana strawberry cacao smoothie.

Snack: (Angel) peanuts and pecans

Lunch: (Angel) 1/2 a durian (Me) 1/2 a durian.

Supper: (Angel) 16oz. fresh oj and a pint of strawberries. (Me) steamed spinach and mixed vegetables with tahini.
