Raw Mango Tomato soup

Yesterday’s food, water, rest and exercise:

Woke 5am.

Breakfast: 16oz. warm lemon water. 64oz. watermelon blended.
Lunch: 64oz. watermelon blended.
2nd lunch: 64oz. Banaba, romaine, raspberry smoothie.
Dinner: big bowl of raw soup: spinach, tomato, habanero, red pepper, mango, cilantro and one avocado.
Snack: couple big bunches of grapes.

Bed: 11pm

Exercise: 45min. biking.
