1 bunch of cauliflower slightly dehydrated to soften

1 bunch of celery

1 apple with peel

3 green onions

1/2 avocado or less…mashed



mustard greens

Cut up the cauliflower, celery, and apple and put in a large bowl. Add the mashed avocado and mix into the vegetables. Add some dill, parsley and mustard greens all chopped very small to taste. Serve cold

    I don’t have a dehydrator, but this recipe sounds really yummy for supper. Perhaps if I gently steam the cauliflower for just a few minutes, I break some of the fibers up, and make it more palatable. I’ll give it a try. Thanks for sharing.
