Mango, pineapple, kiwi, oj smoothie

16oz. fresh squeezed oj

one kiwi

half a pineapple

5oz. frozen mangos

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and creamy

Enjoy!

    Olive oil. It’s what I use on my salads with vinegar. It’s plant-based. Can it be so bad?

    Then again, you don’t eat your coconuts. I wish “I” had your coconuts!

    I usually do not eat the coconut meat because it has so much fat in it..I feel it instantly bog me down when eaten. Trace eats it though and is happy to have mine 🙂
