Mango, kiwi salsa

Yesterday’s food, water, rest and exercise:

Woke 5:30am

Breakfast: 16oz warm lemon water. One young coconut.
2nd breakfast: 82oz watermelon blended.
Lunch: 64oz banana peach smoothie
2nd lunch: 64oz mango banana smoothie.
Dinner: mango, kiwi salsa rolled in romaine lettuce.

Bed 10:30pm

Exercise: biked 3 1/2 hours.
Worked cleaning 7 hours.
