I am grateful to myself for being fit

I am grateful to Trace StJohn for being such a blast to play with
-I feel young and delighted
-meets my need for friendship, play and love
I am grateful to Jon Odonald for his great energy
-I feel sunny and inspired
-meets my need for growth and celebration

Today’s goals:

Yesterday’s food:
breakfast: water from one young coconut
lunch:10 banana/cherry smoothie
snack: 4 medjool dates
dinner: 5 tomato, 3 stalks celery, 1/2 red pepper, 1/4 cauliflower, 3 green onion stalks, cilantro, cayenne, spicy red pepper all blended together for a raw chili
