Today’s gratitudes:

-meets my need for trust and respect
I am grateful to Jamie Randall for friendship

-meets my need for companionship and sharing

Today’s goals:
Enjoy the day
Soak in the hot springs
Practice patience

Yesterday’s food:
Breakfast: water from one young coconut
Lunch: 12 banana smoothie
Dinner: 3 cups of plain steamed rice

1990 calories
480g carbs
8g fat
30g protein

I went to a meeting last night. I had brought with me a banana smoothie because I knew their would be food there and I wanted to make sure I had something I could eat. I saw the plain steamed rice and my first thought was…that’s not a good idea to eat, remember that rice burns your sinuses. I also thought that my smoothie would be a much better choice. I decided to eat the rice anyway. I asked to make sure that no salt or fat of any kind was added. Immediately after eating the rice my sinuses acted up, but also my vibrational energy changed. My happy, joy motor that was purring away stopped vibrating. I was sad that it was gone and I was looking at my smoothie thinking,..if I would have drank that I would still be purring.
Just a note for me to remember next time I’m tempted to eat rice.
