Today’s gratitudes:
I am grateful to the earth for fresh air
-I feel invigorated and alive
-meets my need for life and breath
I am grateful to myself for remembering what I am grateful for daily
-I feel appreciation and incredible joy
-meets my need for being thankful and focusing on positive energy
I am grateful to Trace StJohn for being an example of health
-I feel amazement and love
-meets my need for bonding and learning
I am grateful to Melissa Hanson for her honesty
-I feel blessed and uplifted
-meets my need for friendship and love

Today’s goals:
hand out flyers
clean house
ride my bike
tell at least 5 people why I am grateful for them

Yesterday’s food:
breakfast: water from one young coconut
lunch: 16 banana/raspberry smoothie
snack: tomato, celery, red pepper, red jalapeno pepper, cilantro, green onion, cauliflower, cayenne…all blended into a yummy raw chili
dinner: one durian
