Daily List of Manifestations, What Angel Baby & I Ate and Appreciations

Dear Diary & Friends,

I’ve been playing hookey from my blog but I thought I would check in tonight.

Here is a list of things I read every morning and every night. It changes often. I say what I know will be true even if it isn’t happening right now because I know whatever I focus on will happen at the perfect time.

I am healthy.

I am a fruitarian.

I have everything I need.

I have an abundance of income of over $100,000.00 a year.

I donate 5 hours of my time weekly to helping others.

I live a slow paced life.

I live in a body that is perfect for me.

I am connected.

I have amazing friends.

I have an abundance of coaching clients.

I grow most of my own food.

I have a life full of joy and blessings.

Breakfast: (Angel) 1 young coconut meat, 8oz. fresh oj, 1 cup raw granola. (Me) 2 juicy pears, 16oz. banana, persimmon, cacao smoothie.

Lunch: (Angel) pecans, 16oz. fresh oj, raw granola. (Me) big bowl of mixed greens with raw ranch dressing.

Dinner: (Angel) a whole bunch of longans, 8oz. fresh oj. (Me)big bowl of steamed spinach, corn, carrots and green beans.

I appreciate Savana being home.

I appreciate Nick being fun to talk to.

I appreciate naps.

I appreciate awesome clients.

I appreciate growth.

I appreciate gratitudes.

I appreciate connections.

I appreciate my zippy new car.

I appreciate people watching.
