I became interested in raw foods in September 2011, and after reading “The 80/10/10 Diet” by Dr. Doug Graham I decided to try his raw, low-fat vegan approach. However, I found it hard to change my diet, so I asked Victoria to be my coach.
I am delighted to say that I made a great decision! Victoria has helped me to stay focused on my health, so my resolve to stick with 80/10/10 has become much stronger. And because Victoria has been eating a fruit-based diet for years, she has a lot of great advice and tips to share – usually with a good dose of humour too. It has been wonderful to have a diet coach to identify with and laugh with. Most of all, Victoria is an excellent listener, empathetic and understanding but also truthful and inspiring in her responses. I always looked forward to our weekly phone meetings.
Victoria’s coaching has given me so many rewards. I have learned the value of honouring what is best for my body, our animal brothers and sisters, and the environment.
