Juice 3 oranges
put in blender
add blueberries, raspberries and mango to blender
experiment with different amounts of each for different flavors
Blender until well mixed and creamy

Hi, Victoria. Blender vs. Juicer…which do you suppose is better for weight loss?
Inspired by your creativity, I have been using a blender to make raw food smoothies for literally the first time in my life. I didn’t splurge on a Vitamix, but I picked up a Ninja at a local store (I like how compact it is and that the machine is on top instead of at the base).
I’ve failed a couple of times and some of my smoothies have turned out raunchy, lol, particularly the ones with carrots because I don’t prefer their dense fiber. I’ve also learned that you can’t go wrong with a banana because it enhances the flavor of anything…even kale, which repulsed me in my salad, but is palatable in smoothie form.
I’m just curious as to which is more beneficial for weight loss, smoothies with all the fiber or juice without the fiber.

I don’t know which is better for losing weight Cara. I don’t juice very often except for orange juice that I usually blend with another whole fruit.
I have made many many smoothies that haven’t turned out. It is fun to mix and match though and see what works 🙂
