After you use the water from the young coconut, what do you do with the meat?

I compost it. It has too much fat for my body to handle.

I’m doing a mental tally of all the produce you go through and when I consider this lifestyle, it seems like a very expensive proposition. How do you afford (monetarily) to eat fresh?

The real question is how did I afford to be sick all the time before I ate fresh. It’s much more expensive to be sick then to be healthy. If I was eating cheap processed food then I wouldn’t have the energy to make good money, I would be back to going to the doctors all the time again, laying in bed and paying for prescription medicine. Not a fun way to live my one and only life.
