Dear Friends,

I appreciate chickens.

I appreciate naps.

p.s. Breakfast: 16oz. Lemon water; 16oz. Celery, cucumber, apple juice. 1 honey crisp apple.

2nd breakfast: 64oz. Mango and fresh tangelo juice smoothie.

Lunch: 64oz. Banana, strawberry, coconut water smoothie.

Dinner: one big head of romaine lettuce and one big head of green leaf lettuce and a big red bell pepper; made into a salad. 4 teaspoon of tahini mixed with fresh lemon juice for a dressing.

Snack: 16oz celery, cucumber, apple juice.
