Victoria’s coaching has given me so many rewards

I became interested in raw foods in September 2011, and after reading “The 80/10/10 Diet” by Dr. Doug Graham I decided to try his raw, low-fat vegan approach. However, I found it hard to change my diet, so I asked Victoria to be my coach.

I am delighted to say that I made a great decision! Victoria has helped me to stay focused on my health, so my resolve to stick with 80/10/10 has become much stronger. And because Victoria has been eating a fruit-based diet for years, she has a lot of great advice and tips to share – usually with a good dose of humour too. It has been wonderful to have a diet coach to identify with and laugh with. Most of all, Victoria is an excellent listener, empathetic and understanding but also truthful and inspiring in her responses. I always looked forward to our weekly phone meetings.

Victoria’s coaching has given me so many rewards. I have learned the value of honouring what is best for my body, our animal brothers and sisters, and the environment. I have reconnected to my spirit, how great is that! If you are thinking about getting coaching with Victoria, I say do it, you won’t regret it. Food plays such a large part in our lives; the benefits of learning how to make better food choices can’t be underestimated.

One more thing….it is also unique because it can be done anywhere, anytime, and there is no need for a yoga mat or any type of equipment. you could stop at a park in between cleaning houses and getting raw food and do 30 minutes of Spring Forest Qigong or any of the thousands of types of Qigong there are.

My recommendation is you try it for 100 days and see how you feel. If you don’t feel better than you do now (which is pretty AWESOME!!!!) then you can tell me I smoke crack.

April 11, 2012 at 4:23 pm Reply – One more note on this. One of the more famous raw vegans, Herbert Shelton, actually got Parkinsons disease. Maybe he could have cured it with Medical Qigong exercises. I think some of these raw food guys could have lived longer than 70. My grandmother ate animal products her entire life and lived to be 92.

TC Fry (1926 – 1996)- another long-term Natural Hygienist, raw foodest, vegetarian-fruitarian, advocated you did not need supplements as food contained all that we need. He died of an atherosclerotic-related embolism at the age of 70. I saw his hospital record at his death and reviewed his blood work drawn immediately prior to his death. It was quite revealing. He had severe B12, deficiency, so long-standing that his B12 levels were almost undetectable and the lowest I have ever seen. It is kind of interesting reading internet interpretations of why he died, such as “did not practice what he preached,” “cheated on his diet,” “too much sex,” “ozone treatments for his vascular disease”. He died prematurely simply because long-standing B12 deficiency leads to extremely high homocysteine levels, which can cause intra-vascular inflammation and cardiovascular disease.

    hi Victoria,

I saw from youtube about your recoevery from schizophrenia.
I want to know how long it takes you to recover from it after changing our diet?
I also want to know if a person is talking/laughing to oneself means he is hallucinating? also means hearing voices?
then does the person knows or aware that he is hallucinating? or realized that later after he got better?

Hi Lily, It didn’t take me long to have a clear mind on fruits and veggies. Only about a week. As for your other questions they can be interpreted many I’m not sure how to answer them.

I did and do have schizophrenia. I quit meds cold turkey and would not recommend it. Weaning off is a much wiser approach. I have 3 months of withdrawl.
